As a seasoned veteran of the communications industry, Mr. Ingalls will help shape Cernium’s strategy as it expands into the burgeoning market for user-defined video content.

Mr. Ingalls has more than two decades of experience in the telecommunications industry, most recently as executive vice president and chief marketing officer for Verizon. He has also served as president of Verizon’s retail markets group where he launched the company’s FiOS™ broadband initiative. Prior to joining Verizon, Mr. Ingalls worked with Bell Atlantic and C&P Telephone in various management and leadership positions. He currently serves on the board of directors for American Fiber Systems.
